About Enhanced Active Living

Enhanced Active Living, LLC was organized by its principal Tim Cassidy, with the branding and name initially developed in 2020. Enhanced Active Living, LLC is an affiliate of Senior Consulting, LLC.

With decades of experience, Tim and his companies have played key roles in every aspect of Senior Housing — from serving as developers, co-developers, and owner's representatives to offering expert guidance as advisors. Through Senior Consulting's affiliate, Senior Living Management LLC, they also provide operational and management consulting. Additionally, Tim has represented bankers, buyers, and sellers in numerous Senior Housing transactions, offering trusted support throughout the buy/sell process.

Enhanced Active Living has a deep team, in addition to utilizing a network of third-party architects, engineers, managers, advisors, and others as needed on overlapping and individual development projects.

Our development approach is flexible, with roles and partnerships that vary based on each project's unique needs. We are currently partnering with Haddad Enterprises and its principal, Amiel Haddad, on projects in the Kansas City and Dallas metro areas. In Florida, we collaborate on a variety of initiatives — including advisory and owner's representative roles — with Cross Regions Group, based in Jacksonville. This adaptability allows us to bring the right expertise to every opportunity.
